Karthik is a results-driven professional with over 18 years of marketing, consulting and technology experience in the area of customer acquisition and retention in business to consumer space. His first job was at Ogilvy, one of best creative agencies in the world, where he spent 5 years working on marketing solutions for some of the Fortune 500 clients. Later, he moved on to the corporate world and spent over 10 years consulting and executing targeted business initiatives to achieve sales volume and enhance bottom-line for corporates before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey with Arkenea Technologies. At Arkenea, he consults entrepreneurs and corporates in the design, development and marketing of mobile apps.

Rahul Varshneya has spent his entire career either working for startups or starting businesses. He now spends his time between coaching aspiring entrepreneurs in launching their venture, apps and websites and building Arkenea Technologies. Rahul was the co-founder of Emaginative Technologies (web application development, 1998) and Moksha Art (online fine art gallery, 2005) and founded The PR School (world's first free online public relations training school) in 2010.

Gaurish comes from one of India’s largest IT Services Company and he leads the mobile apps team at Arkenea. He is responsible for handling projects throughout the project life cycle, right from understanding project requirements, generating project effort estimate and monitoring the overall development.

Meghna is a PHP Ninja at Arkenea, leading the web development team from the front. Her role is to manage web development and backend for mobile app projects. Her experience pans across websites, e-commerce portals, CMS, backend for social networking apps and more.

Keen analysis and clear methodologies is what Ritika specializes in. She justifies the role of a business analyst at Arkenea by giving shape, form and structure to a client's requirements. Not only that, she manages projects with an unmatched flair with excellent proactiveness. Ritika plays an important role on the team determining the team's style and pace of work.

Swapna brings the human touch to the human resources function. She has diversified experience on different platforms of human resource efforts. Swapna is responsible for handling talent management, total rewards and employee relational strategies. She also oversees corporate safety facilities’ operation and planning.

Pravin is a talented visualizer and graphic designer at Arkenea, responsible for the overall UX design, branding and digital media design. His role is to develop interactive strategies for online advertising campaigns and designs interactive projects such as corporate branding elements including logos, web banners, mobile app graphical layouts and more.

Yogesh is responsible for this spectacular website and also for all our client projects that require a web design and mobile app design. He brings with him a wealth of experience and dynamic ideas as the newest member of the Arkenea team. Yogesh has extensive knowledge in designing complex website structures and creating iPhone and Android layouts for a whole host of international clients.

Tanmay set up the quality assurance department at Arkenea. He is responsible for squashing all bugs and ensuring squeaky clean codes. His role is to employ various testing methodologies and techniques which will improve the quality of codes. He uses functional testing, smoke testing, integrated testing, regression testing and retesting.
